Ken arrived promptly and professionally to address all necessary repairs and deadbolt exchanges, as well as rekeying all the locks. He also recommended a replacement key code deadbolt lock, which I purchased and he installed at a reasonable price. Ken did a great job adding our dead bolt to our door and was so efficient with getting our locks changed. He was able to come out next day which we really appreciated after moving in. Highly recommend Midlands Lock & Key!

I’ve called 6 times in the last 2 days without a reply. I only left 2 messages of the 6 calls. 1 message each day.
I called at 9:00am, 12:00 noon and 4;00 pm each day. I would think it wouldn’t take several days for a return call unless someone was sick.

Highly recommend Ken at Midlands Lock & Key! I just purchased my first home and he came out to rekey all the doors. He was able to get out extremely quick (2 days after calling) and did a fantastic job. Very professional. He went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated. He managed to work some magic and help me keep a beautiful classic deadbolt that was broken on the front door. Really great experience with top quality work. I’d call him for any locksmith needs.

Kudos to midlands lock and key
They answered the phone immediately when I called and offered advice on how to get my Locked house. They met me 2 hours later and changed out the locks for a reasonable price on a Friday afternoon.

Truly 5-star service from start to finish. Ken answered the phone immediately and was able to come to our business the following afternoon. He arrived at the time he estimated he would, explained everything thoroughly, and charged a very reasonable rate. He was honest, fair, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Ken was amazing. We needed 3 exterior doors rekeyed after we moved in last night. He came in and was done in less than 15 min. Crazy fast and super knowledgeable and professional. Would use him again, no hesitation!

Midlands Lock & Key did THE best job on replacing an old deadbolt, door entry handleset, and lever on my house today. Ken educated me on questions I had about the best replacement I should use since my door gets a lot of sun. I cannot say enough nice things about them. They are professional, took extra precautions to protect my floors and house while working! I will forever use them for any of my projects that involve locks and security measures.
